Book Review: The Original Ginny Moon by Benjamin Ludwig

This was a surprisingly, interesting book. I started on it and then couldn’t wait to finish it and get to the end of the book.

Ginny Moon is a fourteen year old, who has been adopted by her Forever Parents to live in her Forever Home. Taken away from her mom, she was in foster care until this family adopted her. The story starts off with her Forever Mom giving her a fake, electronic baby to see how she handles dealing with a baby. It starts off poorly, and from there we are introduced to Ginny Moon.

The way it’s written, I feel as though I am there with the thoughts of Ginny Moon, understanding the way she feels and is confused or terrified. I felt sorry for her, and concerned. Empathy for what she has to deal with on a daily basis.
